Cette procédure a été mise en place afin de favoriser l’accès à l’emploi des travailleurs français dans la mesure où l’embauche du ressortissant étranger est soumise à l’opposabilité de la situation d’emploi. NB : L’employeur ne peut pas utiliser cette procédure pour l’embauche sous un contrat visant à favoriser l’emploi (contrat d’apprentissage, contrat de professionnalisation, ou encore contrat PEC).
