  • I have been contacted by a foreign (Polish) company that is offering to carry out work with its employees. Is this possible? What steps do I need to take?

    Yes, it is entirely possible. Employees regularly affiliated abroad will be posted and no social security contributions will be paid in France. However, it will be necessary to verify the compliance of the foreign service provider or subcontractor by asking them, in particular, for a registration certificate, the employees' A1 forms, and the posting declarations.

  • How do I register for social security?

    Once in France, it is possible to apply for social security registration. Depending on the foreigner's activity, he or she may have reimbursement rights. The vital card is not automatically assigned; a request must be made to the CPAM. When recruiting an employee, registration with social security is done automatically with the prior declaration of hiring.
