1. Data collection methods

We collect the data that you send us by filling out one of our forms (contact, quote request, subscription to our newsletter, inbound file download, etc.).

This data may include: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company name and job title.

Additionally, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser (IP address, software, hardware and pages requested/visited).

We also use web cookies to improve access to the Evergreen Mobility Service website and identify regular users. Cookies also help us optimize the user experience (via interest tracking and targeting).

2. Use and purpose of data

The information collected on this site is intended for Evergreen Mobility Service and its various services. It will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company without your consent, except in situations where it is necessary to respond to your request.

They are processed in order to respond to your requests and ensure our commercial management, in particular:

To respond to requests for information or quotes made on the site,

To send you commercial information where you and/or applicable legislation have authorized it,

To establish general statistics on site traffic, its pages and services consulted, in order to better understand your expectations and improve its interface and our services.

To contact you by email and telephone and, if you subscribe, to send you our newsletters.

According to law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, you have a right to access, rectify and delete information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting Evergreen Mobility Service


3. Data protection

We ensure the security of data transmitted to us by encrypting it. We also secure information offline: only authorized employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, creating quotes or invoicing) have access to the personal data concerned.

 

4. Data retention period

In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), applicable since May 25, 2018, all marketing data will be deleted after 3 years and all data linked to invoicing after 6 years.
